Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, in cooperation with the Municipality of Mallakastra and with the support of the German Embassy in Albania, implemented the project “Emergency Support to Socially Vulnerable Groups Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic in Albania.”
The project provided immediate relief to families severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and supported children’s continued education during this difficult period.
Key results:
- 251 food and hygiene packages delivered to vulnerable families.
- 110 sets of didactic materials distributed to children attending school.
- Coordinated efforts with local social services ensured fair and timely delivery.
This intervention helped improve the living conditions of socially vulnerable families and strengthened community resilience in the Municipality of Mallakastra during the pandemic.
