Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, implemented the project “Skills Training for Youth & Small Enterprises” in the Municipality of Berat.
The project contributed to the economic empowerment of young people and small businesses by strengthening digital and entrepreneurial skills to support post-COVID-19 recovery and long-term growth.
Key results:
- 20 young participants developed professional competencies in digital marketing, soft skills, and career development.
- 12 small businesses enhanced their entrepreneurship capacities in areas such as business planning, financial management, and digital marketing.
- Created collaboration opportunities where trained youth applied their new digital skills to support local artisans and small enterprises.
This initiative strengthened the local economy by empowering youth and entrepreneurs to adapt to a digital marketplace, fostering innovation and sustainable livelihoods in Berat.
